HOW TO USE GLASSES

Protection from solar radiation according to ISO 12312-1:2013 / A1:2015.

Category and type of filter:

This indication (a number and a letter) can be found on the packaging or on the barcode label or on the last two characters of the model code located on the arm of the glasses. The number indicates the category of the filter (for recommended use, see the row in Table 1 next to the number); the letter indicates the type of filter (N=normal, P=polarizing, F=photochromic, D=gradient). In the case of photochromic lenses (F), the number indicates the category of use in the darkened state; in the clear state, the glasses are of a category 1 times lower.

 

WARNINGS

Do not use for direct observation of the sun.

Not suitable for protection against artificial light sources.

Not suitable for eye protection against mechanical hazards, such as impact.

Also not suitable for use at night or in conditions of poor visibility.

 

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

To clean the glasses, use soap and water, avoiding the use of solvents and alcohol. Do not use dirty and abrasive cloths which could damage the characteristics of the filters. Use only original spare parts and accessories.

 

CONSERVATION

Store in its pouch or in its rigid case in a dry place at a temperature between -10°C and +35°C.
